Format4 Tempora F600 Long chassis
Max workpiece height: 60mm (45mm with premilling)
Tape/edge thickness: 0.4mm to 6mm (edge strips will not engage certain functions)
Single Motor Corner Rounding for max height 60mm at 10m/min.
Advanced on-screen maintenance assistant, plus advanced diagnostics (can tell you if an individual motor or set of motors (buffers) are obstructed or faulty) by touching a fault code. On-screen manual and network connected capability for online viewing via teamviewer... Can also monitor machine from any phone or PC on same network.

- extended infeed with Air cushion table for workpiece additional protection
- Machine has electrical preparation to add a return system (not supplied)
- SPEED: 10 or 18m/min (10 with Corner Rounder on)
- CNC beam height (infeed fence stays manual)
- CNC control of trimmers, CR depth and Radius scrapers
- Auto engage of glue scrapers (setting of knives is manual)
- Glue pot with auto reverse function for cleaning and for purging of excess adhesive
- Gluepot cleaning device
- NESTING: MF Trimmers, radius scrapers and glue scrapers.
- SPRAYERS: Separation spray, lube spray and cleaning spray (buffers useless without this!)
- Fan to cool electrical box.
- Remote control for dust extraction via potential-free contact (must be connected by a sparkie)
TOOLING: Machine is equipped with 1mm radius tooling. CR has a 1.5mm radius
NOTE:
this machine is not equipped with Gluebox or hot air / laser system. It also does not have a premelter. Some manual work is still required and it also cannot safely make coffee (yet!) gluepot gets too hot :)
